Automatic
heavy duty sewing
machine for open mouth bags with fischbein sewing head. The sewing head is
controlled by an independent electrical motor. The sewing head is pressurized
self lubricated, it is installed on a telescopic column and the height is
adjustable and controlled by an independent electrical motor. The automatic
cycle stars when the bag enters the machine, this is driven by belts to the bag
leveling positioning, to the crepe paper strip positioning then to the
photocell which gives the signal for sewing start. The automatic cycle finishes
with the automatic cutting of the thread and crepe paper strip. The machine in
automatic will cut/leveling the bag on
the correct height for the positioning of the crepe paper strip, the bag will
be sewn, with or without holes sewing
lining thread, all the operations are done automatically without operator. The
safety and the simplicity of the mechanism of this machine can assure a very low maintenance.
This machine model is installed on a base with wheels, with locking system and
accessories for the hoels sewing lining thread.
Sewing head: Fischbein model “10400” for high production,
pressure self-lubrication, all the mechanisms are sealed protected.
Stitching: sewn with double chain stitch adjustable from
mm 8.5 to 12.5 “normal stitch mm.9”.
